    A 3-part mini course designed to help you stay consistent with fitness & nutrition, even in the chaos of mom life

  • Private Personal Training (in person)

    Train with me in a supportive, kid-friendly environment designed just for women. These 1-on-1 sessions take place at my home studio, where you’ll get personalized strength workouts, accountability, and guidance that fits your goals. Whether you come once or twice a week, this is your time to focus on YOU: to get stronger, build confidence, & feel your best inside and out.

  • The Move Mama Collective

    Join a community of moms who are getting stronger with their littles by their side! These 30-minute full-body workouts are designed for busy moms who want accountability, connection, and results without the pressure. We have classes both in-person (Chicopee, MA) and virtually via Google Meet!
