About Laura

Hey what’s up! I’m Laura, the owner/founder of LauraDonn Coaching. I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer, PN1-certified nutrition coach, and a GGS1-certified women’s coaching specialist. I’m also a mama of 2 little ones, a toddler boy and a baby girl.

After becoming a mom, I quickly realized how overwhelming it can feel to take care of yourself while also trying to take care of everyone else. Between the daily chaos, exhaustion, inconsistent schedules, and mom guilt, it’s easy for your own health to slip to the bottom of your neverending to-do list. I’ve been there… struggling to find time to workout, skipping meals, and feeling stuck in that
”all-or-nothing” mindset.

Though I was a trainer before becoming a mom, the shift in my own life has inspired me to want to work with other moms — to help them simplify fitness & nutrition so they can build strength, have more energy, and gain confidence without the burnout or overwhelm.

My approach is simple: simple, effective workouts; flexible/balanced nutrition (no dieting or restriction here); and practical self-care habits that actually fit into busy mom life.
